The Terms and Conditions described here constitute a legal agreement ("Agreement ") between you (the �Client", �Customer�, �user�, "you "or "your ") and Jarvix (Hong Kong) Limited , a Hong Kong private limited company with offices at Suite 1618, 16th Floor, Jardine House, 1 Connaught Place, Central, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, People 's Republic of China (" JarvixHK", �Jarvix (Hong Kong) Limited�, "we ", "us ", or "our "). By accessing this application, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.

1. Purpose of Collection of Personal Data

1.1. Jarvix (Hong Kong) Limited collects personal data on the Channels to provide users with various services. While submission of personal information is not mandatory, refusal may result in limited access to certain services. 3. Data Subject Right

3.1. Jarvix (Hong Kong) Limited recognizes and respects the User's statutory rights under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance regarding their Personal Data, subject to the provisions and exclusions of applicable law, as follows:

3.1.1. the right to withdraw consent at any time.

3.1.2. the right to request access or a copy of their Personal Data that Jarvix holds.

3.1.3. the right to request data portability in case Jarvix stores the Personal Data in a format that can be read or commonly used by automatic tools or devices and the right to request the automatic transfer of those Personal Data to other data controllers, unless such transfer is not feasible due to technical reasons.

3.1.4. the right to object to any processing of your Personal Data which has been done based on the legitimate interest of Jarvix (Hong Kong) Limited or others, or based on the public interest; provided that in case of the right to object, Jarvix (Hong Kong) Limited will only continue processing your Personal Data if there is a strong legal reason that outweighs your right as the data subject, or if the processing is necessary for legal compliance or legal defense purposes;

3.1.5. the right to request for the deletion or de-identification of your Personal Data if such data are processed unlawfully; if the Company no longer needs them for the purposes stated in this Notice; or if you withdraw your consent or object to the processing; however, you should be aware that this may prevent the Company from identifying you, which may affect your ability to use some Services that require Personal Data or to receive Service benefits or Company news;

3.1.6. the right to ask for the temporary halt of Personal Data processing while Jarvix (Hong Kong) Limited is still reviewing the data subject's request for correction or objection, or in any other situation where the processing is unnecessary and Jarvix (Hong Kong) Limited is obliged by law to erase or dispose of Personal Data, but the data subject requests the limitation of the use of such Personal Data instead;

3.1.7. the right to ask for the correction of their Personal Data to be precise, up-to-date, complete and not misleading.

3.2. Disclosure or Transfer of Information

3.2.1. Jarvix (Hong Kong) Limited is committed to protecting users' personal data and takes appropriate measures to prevent its disclosure. Generally, personal data is only disclosed to internal staff for the purposes stated above. However, there are circumstances where the company may disclose or transfer data to third parties:

3.2.1.1. Third-party suppliers or external suppliers authorized by the company may receive information to facilitate Channel services, such as participating stores in the online booking system or gift providers under the Points Reward Programme, who are bound by confidentiality obligations.

3.2.1.2. Authorized agents appointed by the company or its affiliates may use the data for authorized purposes.

3.2.1.3. Disclosure may occur when permitted by the Terms and Conditions or to protect the rights and property of the company.

3.2.1.4. The company may provide information in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including judicial proceedings, court orders, or legal proceedings on the Channel.

3.2.1.5. Information may be shared when necessary to deliver services, maintain, and improve the Channels.

3.2.1.6. In the event of a merger, financing, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, or other business transactions, where the company sells, transfers, divests, or discloses its business or assets, user information may be disclosed to third parties who must implement appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

3.3. Newsletters, Promotional Information, Marketing Information Subscriptions

3.3.1. Jarvix (Hong Kong) Limited may send users email and/or SMS communications containing newsletters, promotional materials, and marketing information based on the personal data provided. This includes details about the company's products, services, and related information, as well as information from third-party advertisers. User information may be used for direct marketing purposes by the company or its licensors and employees, with the user's permission and in compliance with their preferences. 3.3.2. The company may receive remuneration for sharing information with third parties. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect non-marketing notices related to the company's services.

3.3.3. Users can manage their preferences and unsubscribe from marketing communications.

3.4. Google Analytics

3.4.1. Jarvix (Hong Kong) Limited utilizes the advertising feature of Google Analytics on our platform. This functionality enables us to access demographic and interest reports through Google Analytics, utilizing the collected data. Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, leverages the gathered data to monitor and analyze channel usage, generate user activity reports, and share them with other Google services. 3.5. Links to other websites/media platforms/applications

3.5.1. The Channel may contain links to other websites/platforms/applications that are not affiliated with or operated by Jarvix (Hong Kong) Limited. These websites/platforms/applications may have their own privacy policies and practices, which we are not responsible for. If a user clicks on any of these links and accesses these websites/platforms/applications, they may collect and use the user's personal data in accordance with their own terms and conditions. We advise the user to read the privacy policies of these websites/platforms/applications before using their services or providing any personal data to them.

3.5.2. Non-registered users who access or use any Channel through their social media account (such as Facebook or Google) will be considered to have accepted this Privacy Policy and Jarvix (Hong Kong) Limited may collect the personal data they share with such platform for the purpose of providing services and marketing materials to Channel Users in different countries by Jarvix (Hong Kong) Limited and its authorized staff.

3.5.3. This Privacy Policy is only applicable to the Channels. Users should be aware that this Privacy Policy does not cover the User's profile data that may be exposed to other websites/platforms/applications. Therefore, Jarvix (Hong Kong) Limited strongly advises users to consult the privacy policies of such websites/platforms/applications. Jarvix (Hong Kong) Limited shall not be held accountable or liable for the User's use of such other websites/platforms/applications, to the extent permitted by law.

3.6. Security measures

3.6.1. Jarvix (Hong Kong) Limited values the privacy and security of the User's personal data and/or data. Jarvix (Hong Kong) Limited strives to prevent unauthorized access to the User's profile and/or data. Jarvix (Hong Kong) Limited adopts suitable electronic and administrative measures to safeguard and protect the personal information of users.

3.6.2. All users' personal data and/or data are only accessible to authorized personnel of Jarvix (Hong Kong) Limited or its authorized third parties, and when such authorized personnel access such personal information and data, they will comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy. Users can be assured that their personal information and data will only be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, unless the User requests Jarvix (Hong Kong) Limited to cease holding his/her personal information or terminate his/her member account. Such a request may result in Jarvix (Hong Kong) Limited not being able to provide further services or information and/or promotional materials to the User in the future.

3.6.3. Registered users are responsible for safeguarding their own username and password and not disclosing them to any third party.

3.6.4. Jarvix (Hong Kong) Limited relies on third-party payment platform service providers to enable electronic transactions on the Channel. Users' sensitive information, such as credit card numbers that complete electronic payment transactions, are transmitted directly between browsers and third-party payment platforms. Jarvix, the merchants and the stores that provide services do not collect or store any credit card information provided by users through the Channels.

3.6.5. The Company strives to adhere to the best practices in the industry to protect the personal data and data provided by users through the Channels. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, while the Company is dedicated to preventing unauthorized access to users' personal data and data, the Company cannot assure its absolute security.

3.7.1. Jarvix (Hong Kong) Limited aims to help you maintain your personal data current and accurate. You can view or edit your profile on the Channels.

3.7.2. You can also contact our customer service representative at any time to request a review or correction of your personal data.

3.8. Retention of Personal Data

3.8.1. Jarvix (Hong Kong) Limited will store the User's personal data and/or data securely in its systems upon collection. The User's personal data and/or data will be kept by Jarvix (Hong Kong) Limited in compliance with the law until the User sends a written request to Jarvix (Hong Kong) Limited to erase his/her personal data and/or data from the database or cancels his individual membership in the Channel.

3.9. Revisions to the Privacy Policy

3.9.1. Jarvix (Hong Kong) Limited may update, modify, amend or change this Privacy Policy from time to time as it sees fit, and users are strongly advised to review this Privacy Policy regularly. The Company will publish any changes on this application and/or in other places that the Company considers appropriate so that users can be aware of the information that the Company collects, how the Company uses it, and under what circumstances the Company will disclose such information.

3.9.2. The Company will notify users of any material change to its privacy policy on this application or email within 30 days of such change.
